My Story
Nicole grew up in Colorado Springs and moved to Denver in 2009. She earned both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Denver, a foundation that continues to shape every decision she brings to her clients.
Before real estate, she built her career in consulting and recruiting, where she developed a deep fluency in business analytics, strategic negotiation, and the delicate art of matching people with the right opportunity at the right moment.
Today, that same discipline defines her boutique practice at Compass. It is analytics-driven, relationship-first, and quietly relentless on behalf of every client.
